Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 17:00 (UK Time) from Monday to Thursday are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after 17:00, or on weekends or public holidays, are processed the next business day.
Cut-off time is every Friday at 15:00 (UK Time). Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time

- Transit time: 4–9 business days
- Total estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days
